Mausam Mathur is the founder and current President and CEO of The Blue Horizons Group. He has over 20 years of experience in business and technology consulting, with a focus on Sales Performance Management. Following completion of his Bachelor’s of Technology at the Indian Institute of Technology - Delhi, he began his career at Infosys Technologies and quickly developed a deep understanding of the business implications of automation and the importance of holistic solution design, as a business is greater than the sum of its parts. Prior to founding BHG, Mausam was a business architect for a Fortune 100 company and the Chief People Officer for an international start up, growing the company by more than doubling its personnel and adding multiple international jurisdictions for operations. He has led and implemented many enterprise change initiatives in sales, territory and quota, and incentive compensation using various software platforms.
Mausam is an experimental fusion chef, combining his love of science with food experiences. He is an avid cricket fan, and in his free time he enjoys spending time with his family, reading, and listening to music.

Susan E. Major is a focused team leader with over 18 years of project experience. She is experienced with definition, design, development, and deployment of accounting, business performance management, financial performance management, and sales performance/incentive compensation solutions. Susan has assumed the role of Project Manager, Business Analyst, Business/Technical Liaison, and Trainer on many systems projects. She brings a unique perspective, bringing together both the Business and Consulting sides of implementations. Her experience across multiple industries and within Financial Services allows her to bring valuable insights into what to expect in planning for your projects. Susan has over twenty years of accounting and financial experience in the real estate, mortgage, and financial areas, and over 18 years of experience in system implementations. Her articles regarding Sales Performance and Incentive Compensation have been published in Destination CRM, Sales and Service Excellence, and by BeyeNETWORK.
Susan’s hobbies include fishing, cycling, and hunting. She is a Certified NRA instructor, and enjoys just being outdoors on her family’s land in Oklahoma. She can be found sitting under a tree writing or working when she is there, unless her husband is letting her mow
